Destination based timezone restriction in auto dialer application while Voice Broadcasting

Destination based timezone restriction

To read more about ICTBroadcast timezone restriction visit Timezone based contact calling

By default, ICTBroadcast allows timezone-based restriction on outbound calls/campaigns. Users are allowed to make outbound calls during the allocated timezone. This (the default) feature uses the user’s timezone to calculate the allowed time slot. The new modification allows ICTBroadcast to use area code/destination timezone for time slot calculation. This allows ICTBroadcast to restrict calls based on both user and destination timezones.
