ICTBroadcast offers a variety of broadcasting campaigns designed to meet different telemarketing and communication needs. These campaigns allow organizations to automate outreach and engage customers through multiple communication channels.
With ICTBroadcast, businesses can run campaigns for Voice, Fax, SMS, Email, Surveys, and IVR interactions from a single unified platform. This flexibility makes it a complete broadcasting solution for marketing, notifications, customer engagement, and information delivery.
Below is a list and a brief description of the different campaign types supported by ICTBroadcast.

1: Agent Campaign:
The Agent Campaign in ICTBroadcast automatically dials numbers from a contact list. When a recipient answers the call, it can immediately forward the call to a live agent, external call center, or IVR system for further interaction.
ICTBroadcast also provides an integrated WebRTC-based web phone for agents. This built-in browser phone allows agents to receive and handle calls directly from their web browser without requiring any additional hardware or software.

2: Integration Campaign:
The Integration Campaign in ICTBroadcast automatically calls contacts, plays pre-recorded questions, and collects responses. Callers can answer using DTMF key presses for choice-based questions or record their voice for open-ended questions.
All responses are saved in a campaign summary report, allowing administrators to review feedback and analyze results efficiently.
3: Interactive Campaign
The Interactive Campaign in ICTBroadcast calls contacts from a list and plays a pre-recorded message when answered. Recipients can respond by pressing DTMF keys, and if the desired key is pressed, the call is forwarded to a live agent for further handling.
4: IVR Campaign
This is an advanced type of campaign. The purpose of IVR campaign is to broadcast a message in the form of IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Interactive voice response (IVR) is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice and keypad inputs. This type of campaign dials the number from the contact list, answers by the recipient, plays an IVR message, and on the basis of responses from the recipient, it performs some operation or plays some other message.

5: Message Campaign
The purpose of a message campaign is to broadcast a voice message. This type of campaign dials numbers from the contact list, on answer by the recipient, plays a recorded voice message, and hangs up.
6: Appointment Reminder Campaign
This campaign places a reminder of calls to all the contacts in a group. Appointment reminder campaign requires that every contact have a scheduled appointment start time and appointment end time in any of the custom fields in the contact form. All calls will be placed before the appointment starts. The campaign administrator will set ‘reminder call time’ in the campaign creation form that will specify how many hours before the appointment starts the call will be placed. There is also a ‘reminder expiry time’ field in the campaign creation form that makes sure no calls are placed after the expiry time.

7: Survey Campaign
Survey campaign allows the creation of surveys and polls. This campaign dials the number from the contact list, answers by the recipient, asks a set of questions by playing voice messages, and then records their responses (DTMF key or Voice response) from the recipient and prepares the report for further analysis. In a survey campaign, users can create choice-based questions that require the call recipient to respond using the key press DTMF function, as well as open-ended questions that require the call recipient to record their message. These recorded voice responses (or feedback) are shown in a list of voice responses in the campaign summary survey report.

The Email Campaign in ICTBroadcast allows you to send emails directly to the specified email addresses of your contacts, enabling automated communication and outreach through email.
