Steps required to start a predictive campaign
- Create Agent Extensions
- Create Queue / Skill Group
- Assign newly created agents/queues (skill group) to the desired user
- Associate agents to newly created queue
- Create recordings (not needed for agent campaign)
- Create contact group
- Upload contacts
- Create and Launch an agent / interactive campaign
Steps for Agents to manage calls
- Login at agent panel
- Change agent status to ready
