DID (Direct Inward Dialing) is a service of a local phone company that provides a block of telephone numbers for calling into a company’s private branch exchange (PBX) system. It was invented as a way to re-use a limited number of physical phone lines to handle calls to different published numbers.
With ICTBroadcast Incoming calls to virtual DID, Numbers may be forwarded to your own network using VoIP. In addition, calls made to DID Numbers may be forwarded to landlines or mobile phones anywhere in the world using campaigns offered by ICTBroadcast.

- Forward to Agent
