How Simple Voice Broadcasting works
This type of campaign enable user to upload a list of telephone numbers as contact lists, upload or create voice message and start a new campaign using ICTBroadcast web interface and within seconds ICTBroadcast will start broadcasting user’s voice message to given list of telephone numbers with real time statistics presented through web interface .
How Interactive Voice Broadcasting works
This type of campaign dials numbers from contact list, on answer play selected voice message to recipient and prompts recipient to press desired key, If recipient press desired key, the call is forwarded to live agent / Call Centre / IVR for further call handling and support
